Not sure if this fist pump and grimace is excitement from running the race of my life or if it’s from exhaustion/pain. Probably a combination of it all. Time to start training for the next challenge!

Pops is back from injury and crushed his 45th marathon in his 45th different state + ya boy hit a 17 min personal best and top 30 overall in a field of > 1800. The Mullens running squad is BACK!

I just ran that marathon so fast, my mom missed me at the finish. 🤷🏻‍♂️ couldn’t have done it without my nipple tape (yes, srsly I taped my nipples like Andy in The Office). Also, kidneys seem to be working so no rhabdo ✔️
